How do I measure my windows for custom curtains?
To ensure a perfect fit, measure the width of your rod or track and the desired length from the top of the rod to where you want the curtain to end. We recommend adding 2x fullness for a luxurious look.
What is the lead time for custom orders?
Most custom curtains are crafted and ready to ship within 7-10 business days. Shipping usually takes an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer fabric swatches?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering our sample booklets or individual swatches to see the color, texture, and light-filtering properties in your own home before placing a full order.
Can I return custom-made curtains?
Since custom items are made to your specific measurements, we generally do not accept returns. However, if there is a quality issue or a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or repair.
What is the difference between blackout and room-darkening linings?
Blackout linings block 99-100% of light and provide thermal insulation, while room-darkening linings significantly reduce light but may allow a soft glow to pass through depending on the fabric color.
Do you provide hardware like tracks and rods?
