Returns & Exchanges
At TWOPAGES Curtains, we want you to love your custom window treatments; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return standard-sized items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-tailored orders are eligible for return only in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team at support@twopagescurtains.com with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct warehouse return address.
- 3.Package and Ship
Securely pack the curtains in their original packaging and include the RMA form inside the box to ensure your refund is processed correctly.
- 4.Processing and Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
